ENHYPEN’s Agency Responds with Legal Action Against Stalking and Online Abuse

On June 30, BELIFT LAB, the agency behind K-pop sensation ENHYPEN, released a strong official statement via Weverse, declaring that it is taking strict legal action to protect the group from intensifying stalking behavior and malicious online harassment.

The agency revealed a recent stalking incident where individuals unlawfully entered the artists' residence and filmed them without consent. Police responded immediately, and the suspects are now under investigation for violating stalking and privacy laws.

In addition to physical invasions, BELIFT LAB highlighted a wave of defamatory online content, including insults, sexual harassment, false rumors, and mockery. Evidence has been submitted to law enforcement, and the agency has filed official legal complaints.

Zero Tolerance, No Settlements

BELIFT LAB emphasized a zero-tolerance policy and confirmed they will pursue prosecution without settlement, regardless of nationality or platform.
