SEOUL, September 23, 2025 – Global superstars V and RM of BTS made waves at the VIP premiere of No Other Choice (어쩔 수가 없다), the highly anticipated new film from acclaimed director Park Chan-wook. The star-studded event took place on September 22 at CGV Yongsan I’Park Mall in Seoul, drawing a glamorous crowd of A-list celebrities, filmmakers, and fans.
The darkly comic thriller is an adaptation of Donald E. Westlake's 1997 novel The Ax. Park Chan-wook, best known internationally for works like Oldboy and Decision to Leave, co-wrote and produced the film, which stars Lee Byung-hun as Yoo Man-su, a laid-off paper-factory manager whose desperation drives him to extreme measures. Son Ye-jin takes on the role of his wife, Mi-ri, with a supporting cast that includes Park Hee-soon and Lee Sung-min.
