G-Dragon and Rosé Set Psy’s ‘Summer Swag 2025’ Concert Ablaze with Surprise Appearances
The opening night of Psy’s 'Summer Swag 2025' tour was full of explosive energy—and surprise star power. Held on June 28 at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium, the sold-out show took a thrilling turn as G-Dragon and BLACKPINK’s Rosé appeared as unexpected guests, sparking massive cheers from fans in attendance.
Rosé Makes Her Solo Concert Debut at a K-pop Festival
First to step onto the stage was Rosé, who stunned the audience with dazzling live renditions of her chart-topping hits “APT.” and “Toxic Till the End.” Radiating excitement, she told the crowd:
“Being part of ‘Summer Swag 2025’ is a dream. Since releasing my solo album last year, this is my first time performing in front of so many fans. I’m incredibly thankful for your support.”
She concluded her set with the fan-favorite “Dance All Night,” drawing applause and admiration not just from the audience but also from Psy himself. The veteran performer shared backstage that Rosé personally reached out to participate, even attending rehearsals in advance.
“She’s my junior, but I honestly learned a lot from her dedication,” Psy said with a smile.
G-Dragon Returns to the Summer Stage After 88 Months
Following Rosé’s heartfelt performance, G-Dragon emerged in signature casual style—hat, glasses, long sleeves, and denim—bringing his iconic flair to the festival. He greeted fans warmly:
“Yes, I’m Kwon Ji Yong, and I’m also G-Dragon. It’s been a long time. I’m currently on a world tour after 88 months, but I had to be here for my big brother Psy.”
The legendary artist captivated the crowd with his solo songs “POWER” and “Home Sweet Home,” before closing with an electrifying version of his hit “Crayon.”
“Usually I perform 30 tracks, but since this is Psy’s party, I’ll keep it short. Let’s end with just one more,” he said, driving the crowd into a frenzy.
